The dependence of women on men hinders mobility of them and consequently the actual output’ by women gap between the ‘ability to do’ and ‘a than men is increasing particularly in the South Asian region. Optimising mobility of ICT professionals is the ideal way to exploit the knowledge resource in the knowledge-driven society.
